A breast lift, also known as a mastopexy, may for many help improve the overall breast contour and position, the nipple position, and breast length & sagging. Dr. Ghafoori offers a variety of breast lift techniques, tailored to each patient's needs. In some cases, a 
breast implant may be placed to provide enhanced volume and upper pole fullness -- this may be done at the same time as a breast lift, or the two procedures may need to be staged. If the breasts are larger, a Breast Reduction may be beneficial.
Dr. Ghafoori is pleased to offer GalaFLEX (R), GalaSHAPE 3D (R), & GalaFORM 3D surgical scaffolds to help optimize and maintain breast lift results. These biologically-derived mesh-like materials that ultimately resorb, provide additional soft tissue and implant (if used) support and serve as a lattice for new tissue growth during the healing process.
